Placement of an order with Africa Trading shall signify acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Pricing

All product prices and shipping charges on this web site are in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

Orders

Africa Trading accepts orders from within Australia only. We do not ship to destinations outside Australia.

Order confirmation e-mails are automatically sent to customers' e-mail addresses. These e-mails do not constitute an automatic acceptance of your order.

Africa Trading reserves the right not to process an order if the wrong price and/or content has been displayed due to an error or unauthorised changing of prices and/or content.

Payment

Africa Trading contacts customers to arrange payment when online orders are received. Customers must provide payment in full before their orders can be processed. All goods remain the property of Africa Trading until they are paid for in full.

Delivery

Deliveries are generally made within 14 days of receipt of payment for all Australian customers. Freight and handling charges are applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges

All orders are accepted on a firm sale basis. We do not normally offer refunds or exchanges unless the item is faulty, significantly different from what was shown to you, not doing what it is supposed to do, or where otherwise required by law.
